Residential installation
Installations for single family homes
Base install
Labor only. Includes instillation of 1 shower base
Standard shower install
Labor only. Includes installation of standard walk in shower paneling (72” panel, trim piece, 18” panel), shower trim, 0-4 soap dishes, tractor seat if desired, and all on site cutting and sealing needed.
Custom shower install
Labor only. Includes instillation of all wall paneling and shower trim, any number and style of soap shelving, any style of bench (if desired), and all on site cutting and sealing needed. This is also the labor price for installation of all non-partnered materials.
Standard Tub Surround install
Labor only. Includes installation of one panel per wall, trim, and all on site cutting and sealing
Custom tub surround install
Labor only. Includes installation of all paneling, trim, tub deck, and all on site cutting and sealing needed.
Vanity top installation
Labor only. Includes instillation of all vanity tops for the project, and any cutting and sealing needed.
Windowsill install
Labor only. Includes instillation of all windowsills needed for the project and any on site cutting and fitting needed.
Install consultation
If you’re a do it yourselfer, this is made for you. It’s a far cheaper option than the full panel and trim install, and gives you the information needed to install your shower yourself to professional standards.
Equipment rental
If you’re installing this shower yourself and utilizing the install consultation, you may want to consider the equipment rental as well. With both, you’ll have confidence knowing that you have all the tools and knowledge to install your shower professionally.

Standard shower install
Labor only. Includes installation of base, 3 panels, trim, and any accessories.

Labor only. Includes instillation of 3 panels, trim and any accessories.

Labor only. Includes instillation of 1 vanity top of any style.
Windowsill install
Labor only. Includes instillation of 1 windowsill and any cutting and fitting needed.
General fee’s
Fee’s applied to both residential and commercial projects when applicable
Delivery
Manufactured in Brandon SD. $50 base fee for the Distribution Service , then a $0.55 fee per mile between Brandon and the city to be delivered in.
Warehousing
delivery/pick-up date will be required for every order. First two weeks from the due date is free. Every week after the initial grace period has a $25 warehousing fee.
Rush order
Standard install lead time is three weeks (dependent on order size). Any order that is needed sooner than three weeks out comes with a $250 rush fee. 48 hour notice or less adds a second fee varying with the project size.
Lodging
Only applicable for jobs that will take multiple days in locations that are either very remote or are not located within 2 hours of installer teams home location.
